    I am very happy to be one of Gess Elementary's third grade teachers. I love the challenge of tailoring lessons to students' needs and interests so that everyone learns. Sometimes, I even get to act goofy if it helps my students learn!  I have to be careful, though, as past students have nicknamed me "Miss Silly."   I am eager to do whatever I can to help my students enjoy learning.
     
     
    I am a graduate of Jenkins High School and of Eastern Washington University.  I earned my Master's Degree in 1999 and then earned my National Board Certification in 2004, renewing it in 2014.  Go, Gators!
