Welcome to Chewelah School District!
It is my honor to have been selected to serve as the Superintendent of Chewelah School District. My background in public education spans over 30 years from an elementary teacher and middle school teacher to an elementary principal and district level administrator. Working with students and educational staff is my life’s passion and nowhere have I felt more like I have come home than this community. Chewelah is a very special school system with wonderful staff, students, and a tremendously supportive community. My wife Charen and I have two amazing children and are thrilled to be living in such a warm and caring community. My daughter will be an incoming eighth grade student and is excited about the opportunities that our schools offer. I look forward to this school year and many more in the future as your Superintendent.
